Molinari Sambuca is Italy's most famous anise-flavoured spirit, produced by the Molinari family since 1945 in Civitavecchia near Rome. Crystal clear with an intensely aromatic aniseed character, a hint of elderflower and a warm, sweet finish. Traditionally served with three coffee beans (con la mosca) or used to flambé shots.
